At Anchored Heart, we consider each of our residents as part of our family. We offer a haven where our families may have peace of mind to know their loved one is safe and in very capable, loving hands. Our senior residents feel a very welcoming sense of community in our family’s closely-knit care home. We encourage our residents’ freedom when desired and will gladly step in for further help and service when we are needed.
With all private bedrooms and shared common areas, our home offers the space to do as their heart desire. We are an all-inclusive care home that includes home-cooked meals, nutritious snacks, housekeeping, laundry services, medication management, daily social activities, cable TV, phone, internet (WIFI), and so much more.

WHO WE ARE
Joe & Jamie Davis
In 2022, my husband, Joe, and I began management of a senior care home, Anchored Heart. We are mutually anchored in our Christian faith and share a love for caring for elders. We value the importance of faith and family, the cornerstone of Anchored Heart senior care home. We work with our residents and their family members to ensure they feel at home. We are dedicated to ensuring our residents receive the dignity and quality of care they deserve.
We value earning our residents and their family’s trust pertaining to their provision of care. Our senior care home provides a delicate balance of community and privacy while in the comforts of a clean and safe home-like setting. As we age, our needs change. We have established partnerships with other local services to better aid in the continuum of care that we provide to each of our residents.
I serve as Anchored Heart’s Administrator and have been a Registered Nurse in the hospital setting for over eighteen years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2004. I worked as a Certified Nurse’s Aide throughout the duration of pursuing my nursing degree. My husband and I have been employed in the healthcare setting for the duration of our nursing careers. Cumulatively, we share over forty years of expertise in nursing, business administration, and management. God blessed us with three children; we have resided in the Goodrich community for the past twelve years. We are honored to have the opportunity to provide our community with “A Place Like Home” for you or your loved ones.
